In order to achieve this, Eliana relies heavily on psychological frameworks, agile principles, self-organization and design thinking. In fact, she has spent twelve months researching and working in a holacratic corporate department in the role of a “Transformer”. The last 5 years she has been committed to the agile transformation on a daily basis as independent Management Consultant for corporations from different industries.
