She is trained in collective intelligence processes, relational techniques and collaborative governance tools. She coaches executives. She uses these approaches in her interventions to enable her clients to deal more effectively with the complex situations they face.
After leading Climat Mundi for 9 years, she created Happy Work, which works to make organizations more agile and fulfilling by moving them from a pyramidal hierarchical model to a governance in circles. This is an organizational model that had been deployed at Climat Mundi and whose results amazed her. It reinforces employee commitment, improves companies’ capacity for innovation and increases their agility. It is very happy to deploy it with customers, who are gradually transforming themselves and gaining a lot in efficiency and pleasure of working.
