[Workshop] – Why growing human centered organization desperately need culture enforcement and structured autonomy to keep its collective intelligence with Christophe Barman

17 November 2022 @ 11:15 am - 12:45 pm

Founded in 2013, Loyco is a swiss one stop shop for support function outsourcing (HR, finance, insurance, marketing) that has grown to over 120 employees and CHF 18 million in turnover in 10 years, without a sales force or hierarchy.

In 2017, the fast-growing SME had 60 employees, happy clients and was the first swiss company BCorp labelized. Despite this, Loyco was beginning to suffer from a lack of commitment from some staff. At the time, the diagnosis seemed clear: the need to coordinate the growing teams has led to a hierarchical structure that has distanced employees from power and knowledge. This was the beginning of the “road to Loycocracy” ventures.

The aim of this workshop will be to share why pleasure at work, collective intelligence and structured autonomy are keys to insure a smooth growth in a human driven organizatio
