How to effectively manage change in a company?
In 2025, NextGen published its annual Mission Report — the formal account of how a training organisation lives up to its commitments as a French société à mission. More than a compliance exercise, it sets out how NextGen turns its purpose — reinventing the world of work for sustainable performance — into measurable action across its environmental, social and societal dimensions.
The report opens with NextGen's raison d'être, its values and the concrete behaviours that bring them to life day to day — innovation, authenticity, letting go, simplicity and excellence — before detailing the four statutory objectives that anchor the mission and the results achieved against each in 2025.
Across its four strategic objectives, NextGen met or exceeded every 2025 target:
• Reducing our carbon footprint — emissions brought down to 59.5 tCO₂e on a 5% annual reduction trajectory aligned with SBTi and the Paris Agreement, backed by a 100%-reconditioned IT purchasing policy.
• Developing our team's employability — 100% of relevant staff trained on Qualiopi standards and on the société à mission and ESG objectives, as the firm invests in AI-driven transformation.
• Pulling our ecosystem toward sustainable performance — 3,901 people reached through inspiration sessions (target: 1,800) and a NextGen Club grown to 372 members (target: 65), alongside inter-company initiatives such as Swiss Leaders.
• Partnering for positive impact — 100% of partners assessed against inclusion, diversity and environmental criteria, and 50.62% of revenue generated from new clients.
The report, led by mission representative and Director of Training Sophie Lagandré closes with NextGen's mission governance, a personal reflection on the year, and the 2026 perspectives that move each objective from annual milestones toward a multi-year, accountable trajectory.
