Our commitment

NextGen is committed to making its training accessible to everyone. Anyone with a disability or a specific need, whether permanent or temporary, can benefit from adjustments so that they can follow our training in the best possible conditions.

Your disability contact

How we support you

1. Let us know about your need when you register, and no later than 10 days before the training, by email to our disability contact. This information remains confidential.

2. We arrange an individual discussion to understand your need.

3. We propose adjustments within 5 working days and confirm in writing what will be put in place.

4. We check in with you during and after the training.

Possible adjustments

Pace of the sessions and additional breaks, choice of format (in person, remote or hybrid), adapted learning materials sent in advance, an accessible venue for in-person sessions, and adjusted assessment methods.

Our partners

If we cannot meet your need on our own, we refer you to specialised partners: Agefiph and its Ressource Handicap Formation service for the private sector; FIPHFP for the public sector; Cap emploi; the MDPH of your département.
