NextGen For You

Seminars and internal conventions

Inspire your managers through your own events, with relevant speakers selected based on your targets and needs.

Two ways to do it: a seminar we design and facilitate with your executive committee or your teams, or a convention where speakers from our network take the stage in front of your managers.

  • According to your needs

Two formats

A working seminar, or an inspiring stage

Choose one, or combine them: an inspiring keynote often opens a seminar, and a convention can end in workshops.

  • Facilitated seminars

    Executive committees and teams

Designed around your agenda and facilitated by NextGen, with your executive committee or your teams: align on a shared vision, strengthen cohesion, decide what changes next.

    • Diagnoses beforehand when useful: a team questionnaire, individual profiles
    • Collective-intelligence workshops built on your real situations
    • An action plan to leave with
  • Internal conventions and keynotes

    Your managers, your event

For your convention, management day or kick-off: speakers from our network, chosen for your audience and your goals, share what they have actually done.

    • Founders, executives and practitioners from our network
    • Keynotes, round tables and workshops
    • One talk or a full programme

How we build your event

From your targets to the right voices

Every event starts with the people in the room and what it must change for them.

A NextGen Club event in March 2022: a speaker presents to a seated audience
  1. Your targets and needs. Who will be there, what they face today, and what the event should leave behind.
  2. The right speakers. We select speakers from our network, and NextGen facilitators where the day calls for workshops.
  3. Programme and facilitation. We build the running order with you, from the opening round to the closing one, and run it on the day.
  4. After the event. A written action plan, and follow-up if you want it: team diagnosis, workshops, coaching.

Seminars we have designed and facilitated

From a one-day executive seminar to the closing step of a longer programme.

  • Banking

    Groupe BPCE

With a new CEO, a collaborative executive-committee seminar to strengthen cohesion, welcome new members and define a shared vision. Two diagnoses beforehand, a collective debrief, tailored workshops and informal moments.

  • Luxury perfumery

    Loré

A tailor-made one-day seminar with the executive team on recruitment and onboarding, alignment around OKRs and purpose, and collective motivation.

  • Pharma

    Pierre Fabre

An immersion seminar to discover the concepts and practices of role-based management, followed by a multi-step approach after a pilot.

  • Luxury watchmaking

    Audemars Piguet

With the executive committee, on sustainable leadership: a learning phase, notably a learning expedition, closed by a seminar to sum up the learnings and draw up an ESG action plan.
