Industry / luxury perfumeryParis43 employees
The client's request
Loré's management team wanted to strengthen employees' buy-in to the company vision, optimise HR processes linked to recruitment and onboarding, and establish a collective dynamic geared towards sustainable performance.
The challenge concerned mobilising talent in a context of qualitative growth, with high expectations in terms of motivation and alignment.
Our response
NextGen designed and facilitated a tailor-made seminar bringing the executive team together around three axes: optimising recruitment and onboarding, alignment around the company project (OKR, purpose), and collective motivation.
A full day of collective-intelligence work, punctuated by structuring workshops and individual commitments.
In addition, a team diagnostic approach was offered to objectify collective dynamics and support managers in the evolution of their posture. This approach aimed to trigger concrete changes in practices and to anchor a culture of continuous improvement.
Result
Loré laid the foundations of a more strategic HR management, aligning its recruitment, onboarding and mobilisation practices with its purpose. The collective approach and the tools offered helped trigger a strengthened team dynamic, supported by concrete commitments and results steering.
