The client's request
An urgent need to clarify roles and responsibilities and to optimise processes was identified.
The current organisation lacks cross-functionality and clarity, which creates confusion and reduces efficiency
Our response
We first proposed an immersion seminar to discover the concepts and existing practices of role-based management. We then rolled out a multi-step approach, after setting up a successful pilot:
Short and medium term:
- Install role-based management
- Clarify roles, responsibilities and accountabilities, starting with the Marketing team.
- Set up agile rituals and governance to support cross-functionality without creating disorder.
- Establish a writing culture to ensure transparency and continuity.
- Improve operational efficiency by reviewing and optimising processes.
Long term:
Train the teams in project management methods, objectives and key results, and governance, in order to effectively implement the purpose and maintain continuous improvement.
Result
Thanks to clarified management of roles and responsibilities, Pierre Fabre improved the cross-functionality and efficiency of its internal processes. The introduction of agile rituals and the training of the teams helped support a lasting managerial culture, contributing to continuous improvement of organisational performance.
