SNCF Réseaux Marseille wanted to gradually transform its management style towards more collective work and field initiative.
Our response
After an inspiration session on the underlying trends of management worldwide, the NextGen team helped run a group seminar on the values and mission of each team.
Agile rituals and shared governance were then deployed on the basis of a SaaS software. Roles, domains and accountabilities were the subject of workshops enabling everyone to co-build the operational improvement approach.
Result
SNCF Réseaux Marseille has started a deep managerial transformation by integrating collaborative practices and agile rituals. Thanks to a structured approach, each team clarified its values, mission and responsibilities, fostering smoother collective working and a continuous-improvement dynamic as close as possible to the field.
