The client's request

  • Improve the company's overall functioning and cross-functional dynamics towards an agile and structuring model
    • Develop project management,
    • Grow talent,
    • Bring out the future leaders to prepare tomorrow's Guinault,
    • Multiply collective performance.
  • Identify the existing obstacles within the organisation, including psychological ones.
  • Evolve the managerial posture: towards the “servant leader”.
  • Evolve the design office towards more distributed functioning, including on highly technical subjects.
  • Break down the company's mission into objectives and key results for steering with clear guidelines

Our response

An approach in 3 stages to launch the transformation project with each team (CODIR and design office).

  • A half-day inspiration sequence for each team
  • A managerial maturity audit of each team with a team diagnostic tool
  • A seminar presenting the audit results, reviewing the new managerial practices and launching the transformation project.

In parallel, individual coaching sessions for managers who wish to be supported in the evolution of their posture.

Number of participants: 2 teams, 40 people.

Result

Thanks to structured and progressive support, Guinault strengthened the managerial maturity of its teams, established a cross-functional agile dynamic and put in place a clear and high-performing organisation. This approach increased collective performance, raised the leaders' posture towards the "servant leader" model and laid solid foundations for steering aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
