Dékuple

Unleashing innovation from the bottom up to transform the press division

PressParis1100 employees

The client's request

In a context of cultural and managerial transformation, the management of Dékuple's press division wanted to stimulate innovation from the bottom up. The aim: to evolve a culture historically focused on control and rigour towards a more collaborative and creative dynamic, without losing the demand for quality.

The executive committee was looking for support to inspire its leaders, share concrete practices and define an engaging roadmap.

Our response

NextGen designed and facilitated an inspiration and working morning with the leadership team, combining:

  • feedback from successful transformations,
  • the sharing of operating models (OKR, collective intelligence, growth mindset),
  • collective exchanges to identify together the first levers for action.

At the end of this first stage, NextGen supported the press division over 6 months through a series of operational workshops. These workshops made it possible to translate the recommendations into concrete practices, to structure the governance of the initiatives, and to develop the skills needed for sustainable participative innovation.

Result

  • A strong alignment of the executive committee around a shared vision of “bottom‑up” innovation.
  • The setting up of collaborative rituals (communities, retrospectives, co-development) to anchor the new practices.
  • The identification and activation of internal champions to carry the change.
  • A shortlist of 30/60/90-day actions, deployed and tracked over time.

After 6 months, the press division had more shared governance, empowered teams and a portfolio of concrete initiatives already being rolled out.
