Allianz
Improving collective performance at scale through the team diagnosis
InsuranceParis La Défense122 million clients
The client's request
Develop the operational performance and engagement of its teams by measuring and adopting the best practices suited to each team's specific needs:
- diagnosis of how each team functions
- work on its improvement plan:
- resolution of difficulties,
- setting up short-term action plans,
- anchoring of new practices.
Our response
To validate NextGen's approach, personalised to each team, a pilot was validated by Allianz's Comex, involving teams from the Group's different divisions. Following this, the approach was deployed to more than 200 teams of the group within a multi-year deployment plan of 1000 teams.
For each selected team, these sessions are built around:
- an inspiration session,
- a diagnosis of managerial culture,
- debriefs for the manager and for the team,
- workshops, co-built by each team, on its improvement plan and workshops to anchor new practices or solve problems.
The feedback was assessed in detail and according to the Qualiopi process. Unanimously, the NPS proved high, at an average of 78% over 2023 + 2024, and the success of the deployment was marked by precise action plans that were strictly useful to the teams.
Result
The approach enabled Allianz to significantly improve the engagement and operational performance of its teams thanks to a structured deployment and suitable tools. With average NPS reaching 78% over two years, the organisation consolidated a lasting dynamic focused on excellence and collaboration.
