The client's request
The Occitanie Region, through its agency AD’OCC, wanted to support the leaders of local very small and small businesses (TPE/PME) in their transformation in the face of the challenges of a constantly changing world.
The aim was to offer an impactful training path focused on developing managerial skills and strengthening their leadership posture, to better grasp the stakes of the economic, social and environmental transition.
Our response
We designed a path entitled « Devenir un leader TPE/PME acteur d’un monde qui change » (“Becoming a TPE/PME leader who acts in a changing world”), specially designed to meet leaders' needs. The programme was built around several dynamic modules:
- Three 2-hour workshops, focused on themes that are essential to transformation and leadership in a TPE/PME context.
- A one-hour inspirational module, intended to motivate and encourage participants to fully commit to their role as a transformational leader.
The programme was limited to a group of 10 participants, fostering quality interaction and personalised follow-up. The sessions were organised at the pace of one per week, spread over a month, allowing participants to gradually put what they learned into practice.
This approach gave Occitanie's leaders the tools they need to become key players in change and to actively contribute to the longevity and evolution of their company.
Result
The leaders of TPE/PME in the Occitanie region were able to benefit from a pragmatic and inspiring programme, helping them position themselves as leaders of change. The agile format of the masterclasses fostered concrete transformations adapted to their contexts.
