Laureates Awards 2021
The NextGen Enterprise Awards, part of the annual Summit, reward managerial innovation in private and public companies, working with the ESSEC Chair in Managerial Innovation and Operational Excellence (IMEO).
They reward projects in management, organization, governance and social impact, and new ways to build tomorrow’s company, work and society. A jury of professionals, experts and academics assesses the applications.
Either by changing the organization’s whole governance system or introducing agility principles in a specific department, these companies have seen their purpose come to life, and are now ready to face the challenges that await them together as a team!
