Strengthening agility at international scale

Vitesco Technologies, with its 38,000 employees, wanted to strengthen the collaboration and effectiveness of its teams at international scale.

The aim was to support managers and employees in adopting agile practices to optimise processes and improve coordination within the organisation.

Initial diagnosis:

Analysis of current practices and identification of the teams' specific needs via collaborative workshops.

Training and deployment of agile practices:

• Setting up training on the fundamentals of agility, integrating tools for managing roles and priorities (example: tactical meetings and OKR).
• Supporting managers to anchor collaborative leadership postures.

Follow-up and anchoring of practices:

• Running feedback sessions to adjust the practices put in place.
• Implementation of a continuous improvement plan through regular team rituals.

Thanks to this support, Vitesco Technologies was able to improve its organisational agility and strengthen the cohesion of its international teams.
