Aim for Personal Development and Growth through agility
People and teams need to adopt a lean-agile mindset in order to help their business survive in the 21st century. This includes embracing a growth mindset, openness to experimentation, and a relentless drive to learn. There is no need to celebrate failure. What we should do is celebrate learning. This can happen when we make our experiments cheap, safe, and fast. We optimize personal development by embracing double-loop learning and our companies should strive to become learning organizations.
